How much does shipping cost?
We offer $5.95 flat rate shipping per order in the contiguous United States. Orders over $35 are eligible for FREE shipping!
Will I be charged sales tax?
All printed orders or product orders sent or shipped within the state of Georgia will be charged 7% sales tax.
Do you offer rush services?
I understand that situations often arise where you need items faster than normal and I will do my best to accommodate such requests if possible. Please contact me BEFORE ordering if you need items faster. Extra fees will be required for faster printing and shipping services.
Can I change the colors on a design?
Yes, colors can be changed for no additional costs. You can leave your color change requests during ordering. Other design requests – pattern change, clip art changes, etc. – will be subject to additional fees.
Can I see a proof before purchasing?
Due to the time it takes to personalize a design I do not offer proofs before purchasing. If a proof is requested, you will receive a digital proof within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please make sure to check your proofs carefully. We are not responsible if you make an error on your text. You can continue to submit revisions until you are satisfied with the final proof. Once you have signed off on your final proof, your order will be finalized, produced, and shipped.
Do you accept international orders?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
What is your return policy?
Tickled Peach Studio does not accept returns or issue refunds. If something is wrong with your order or you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let me know and I will do my very best to make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not gone in to production, I am happy to accommodate changes. If you have approved your proof and your order has gone in to production, no further changes can be made without additional costs. If you wish to cancel your order, Tickled Peach Studio does not issue refunds. If your order has not gone in to production then a store credit will be awarded. After your order has gone in to production, cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact me immediately if you need to change or cancel your order.
Shop Hours and Communications
Tickled Peach Studio is open Monday through Friday from 9am – 4pm EST. However, you might often hear from me at all hours of the day and evening. All communication is done by email.
The information received by Tickled Peach Studio will be kept confidential. Your information will never be given or sold to a third party.
